The 1st Health & Wellness Symposium was an incredible success, thanks to the people who made it possible. From our inspiring speakers and generous sponsors to our dedicated partners and the 150 attendees who joined us, this event embodied our organization’s vision to be the global leader in firefighter cancer support, awareness, and education.

Over the course of two and a half days, attendees experienced a groundbreaking program that continued and elevated the critical work we have been doing. More than just a symposium, this was a glimpse into the aggressive and focused fight against occupational cancer that the Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN) is leading for the fire service. One of the highlights was our train-the-trainer program, where forty attendees participated in specialized sessions that will enable us to extend our reach and cover even more ground in the fight against cancer.

This symposium marked a turning point not only in education and awareness but also in building a united front against the challenges firefighters face. Together, we are moving closer to a future where every firefighter has the support, resources, and knowledge needed to protect their health.
